I wish I can visit Parcel in Montclair, NJ more often. I will always find some cool things to buy. I look forward to Nancy's shop which will be in a new and larger space soon. Here is a some things I purchased on a recent visit.

So to keep up with my goals for 2015, I have created a website with Square Space. I remember seeing this site from time to time but finally with the super bowl ad, and the DreamingWithJeff.com, I finally took the time to set one up. Simple...but hey it does the job.

Baby, It's Cold Outside

This winter in NJ has not only brought us the Super Bowl but the polar vortex and lots of snow days. It has of course made my kids very happy to have off from school from time to time.

I thought this would be a good one to share on my blog...one of my designs for Tiny Prints with snow. Did you have a winter baby? My youngest is a December baby. We had to get to the hospital during a winter snow storm in the middle of the night. Ahh, the memories!

Girls' Crafternoon Time

My gal pals from Goodies Designs and I had a girls' craft afternoon a few weekends ago. With all our busy schedules with work and family, it's not easy to get together. One of my dear friends, Kim, arranged and hosted a girls craft get together. It was a nice afternoon with wine and sans kids…and a bunch of yarn with other haberdasheries! I finally got to use and share my collection of findings from my travels. Places like VV Rouleaux, Tinsel Trading , French General, and Bell'Occhio have made their way to these wreaths that I have made. My kids and hubby love the little elf one (from my friend Kim and her findings at Etsy)…so that's a keeper here where as the others, I can't wait to give to love ones for this coming Christmas! I am excited to do more of these! And to have more craft days with my gal pals. XOXO

Hello everyone! Another year is soon to pass. How fast. For me, 2013 was a time to heal, reflect, recharge and prep for exciting things in 2014. Wishing you all good things in the new year.

It Never Gets Old

After designing for the gift industry for close to 20 years (wow, I am dating myself...LOL), I still get excited when I see products produced with designs I have created. I was happy to purchase a couple of these cups to send out to my mom and mother-in-law from Tervis. I haven't bought their products before and I have to say, when these arrived, I was impressed with their high quality. You can keep drinks cold or warm for a long time. Tervis has lots of cute designs and a bunch that you can personalize. I may have to get a couple for myself. And I think they are affordable and nice gifts to give. I may keep that in mind for kids' teachers.

Color Story - Peony Retro

We are not much of a green thumb when it comes to gardening in our household but we are working on it. So, when something blooms in our backyard, I get super excited. I did not realize I even had peonies in the backyard (they are one of my fave flowers) which were planted by the previous owners. I had to get a cutting. They are beautiful and fragrant! I thought it looked interesting against a retro style geo paper pattern in my studio.
